ANGA Member Companies Recognized among Top 100 Places to Work by Fortune

We at ANGA are thrilled to see two of our member companies, Chesapeake Energy and Devon Energy named by Fortune to its 2013 list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For.

Ranking 26 and 27, respectively, Chesapeake and Devon are being recognized alongside some of the nation’s most well-known companies.  And this is not the first time for either of these companies to earn this distinction.  In fact, 2013 marks the sixth consecutive year that both companies have been recognized as being among the best places to work in the nation.

Now in its 16th year of compiling the annual list, Fortune partners with the Great Place to Work Institute to survey employees from hundreds of companies on a wide range of issues including attitudes about management’s credibility, job satisfaction, pay and benefits, recruitment, training and retention efforts and diversity. To compile the 2013 list, 259 companies’ participated and 277,000 employees were surveyed.

We congratulate Chesapeake and Devon for leading by example and creating great workplaces for their employees.
